Yes. We are metal roofing and roof plumbing specialists, so we do not repair, re-bed or re-point tiled roofs, and we do not do roof restoration, painting or cleaning. We do replace existing tiled roofs with new metal roofing, which is a large part of what we do.
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, how easy it is to get access and equipment onto the site, the material and profile you choose, and what we find once the old roof comes off. We do not quote from a price list. We inspect the property, then give you a written itemised quote covering materials, labour, access equipment, roof plumbing and the timeline.
The site inspection and written quote are free and come with no obligation. Once you sign the contract the price is fixed, and the contract sets out the scope, payment schedule and warranty terms before any work starts.
Yes. Our licensed team manages containment, removal and compliant disposal, then installs the new metal roof, so the whole job runs through one company. You receive the asbestos clearance certificate as part of the handover documentation.
No. We are not a 24 hour emergency service. We are a planned roofing and roof plumbing company, so repairs and replacements are booked in and scheduled. If your roof is actively leaking, contact us and we will let you know the earliest we can get someone out to look at it.

Roof Replacement and Re-Roofing
Most roofs are replaced because they have started to fail rather than because anyone wanted a new roof. Corroded sheets, leaks that come back every winter, or an old tiled roof that has needed patching for years. Replacing the roof means stripping the old one off, checking the structure underneath, and installing a new metal system with new flashings and drainage. Converting a tiled roof to metal is a bigger job because it changes the load on the frame, and we coordinate the builders, engineering and permits where those are required.

Roof Repairs
Not every roof needs replacing. Damaged sheets, corroded sections, failed flashings and loose fixings can often be repaired or replaced in sections, which buys the roof years of useful life. The judgement call is whether a repair is genuinely worth doing or whether you will be back again next year. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.

Roof drainage is the part of a roof that most often causes damage when it fails. Undersized or rusted gutters, blocked or badly falling box gutters, and downpipes that discharge in the wrong place all put water where it should not be. We install, replace and repair the complete drainage system, including gutters, box gutters, downpipes, rainheads and the associated flashings. We do not offer gutter cleaning.
